Margaret Solar, MPH, AgileXP will be talking about AKF’s financial assistance programs. Lauren Andracchio, MPH will discuss the existing transplant educational resources available for people living with kidney disease, as well as ongoing efforts to create additional transplant materials to meet the needs of the kidney public. Jon Hoffman will be talking about AKF’s living donor report card and state legislative efforts.
1 Certificate of Completion For attendees that are not included in the nursing, social worker or professional counselor categories, The Living Bank issues a Certificate of Successful Completion to those who complete the Live or OnDemand webinar.
A certificate of completion is awared when the participant views the webinar presentation, completes an online evaluation and achieves a minimun passing score of 80% on the post-test.
